How to delete your Poyrfect Cut account, what data is removed, and how to contact us for assistance.

Delete From The App

1 Delete your account in-app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly from within Poyrfect Cut. The deletion is immediate and permanent.

Account icon → Scroll down → Delete Account
  • 1 Open Poyrfect Cut and tap the account icon in the top-right corner of the home screen.
  • 2 Scroll to the bottom of the account screen.
  • 3 Tap Delete Account.
  • 4 Confirm the deletion when prompted. All your data is immediately and permanently removed.
⚠️ Warning: Account deletion is immediate and cannot be reversed. All game progress, coins, and powerups will be permanently lost.

2 Can't access the app?

If you no longer have access to the app or cannot log in, you can request account deletion by email. We will process your request within 30 days.

  • 1 Email [email protected] with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
  • 2 Include the email address associated with your account.
  • 3 We will confirm deletion within 30 days.
Data That Is Deleted

3 What gets removed

When your account is deleted, the following data is immediately and permanently removed from our servers:

Email address and username Immediately Deleted
High scores and leaderboard entries Immediately Deleted
Coin balance and powerup inventory Immediately Deleted
Game progress and daily mission history Immediately Deleted
Login history and session data Immediately Deleted
✓ Complete Removal: All of the above data is immediately and permanently removed from our Supabase database. No backup or archive copies are retained.
Data That May Be Retained

4 Purchase records

In-app purchases (coins, No Ads, VIP Pass, etc.) are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play, not by us directly. Purchase transaction records may be retained by Apple or Google under their own policies.

Note: We do not store your payment details, card numbers, or billing information. All payment processing is handled by Apple App Store or Google Play. Deleting your Poyrfect Cut account does not cancel any active store subscriptions — manage those through your Apple ID or Google account settings.
