Privacy Policy – PoyRush

This Privacy Policy explains what information the PoyRush mobile game ("PoyRush", "the app", "we") collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By using PoyRush you agree to this policy.

Summary

You can play PoyRush without an account — in that case no personal information is collected and your progress stays on your device. If you choose to create an account, we store a small amount of data (your email, a display name, and your game scores/progress) to power the global leaderboard and cloud save. We do not sell your data, and we don't use advertising or third‑party tracking.

Information We Collect

If you play as a Guest: we do not collect any personal information. Your scores and progression are stored locally on your device only.

If you create an account (Email, Google, or Sign in with Apple), we collect and store:

Email address — to identify your account and allow sign‑in. If you use Sign in with Apple and choose to hide your email, we only receive Apple's private relay address.
Display name — the username you choose for the leaderboard.
Game data — your scores, run history, and progression (Primes and skill‑tree upgrades), so they can sync across your devices.

We do not collect your contacts, location, photos, or device advertising identifiers.

How We Use Your Information

To create and maintain your account and sign you in.
To show your scores on the global leaderboard.
To back up and restore your progress across devices (cloud save).
To respond to your support requests.

How Your Data Is Stored & Shared

Account data is stored securely using Supabase, our backend and database provider, and is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Sign‑in is handled by the provider you choose — Google or Apple — in accordance with their privacy policies.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers. We only disclose information if required by law.

Data Retention & Deletion

We keep your account data until you delete it. You can permanently delete your account and all associated data at any time:

In the app: open Account, sign in, and tap Delete Account.
By email: write to [email protected] from your account's email address.

Deletion is immediate and permanent. Guest (on‑device) data is removed when you delete the app.

Children's Privacy

PoyRush is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

We use industry‑standard measures, including encryption in transit, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, within the app.
